Despite women’s liberation and apparent equality in most of the ‘civilized’ world, it is still very much a man’s world.  In the west, women are still being passed over for promotions and are hardly represented on company boards, while in the East many women continue to be subjected to horrific discrimination and abuse.

 Is this situation is sustainable?  One could argue that the state of the world today is largely due to primarily ‘male’ drivers – such as aggression, competition, ego and ruthlessness.  If those in power used their ‘right’ or female brains a little more often, then perhaps conflicts could be resolved through arbitration rather than war, and a sustainable future could be enjoyed by all.

 Chinese medicine equates this to an imbalance of the world’s Yin and Yang.  Yin is the feminine, quiet, cool aspect of nature linked with the Moon and the Earth, while Yang is the masculine aspect of nature, linked with the Sun, that is active, bright and expansive.  It is said that the continued balance of Yin and Yang keeps the life energy or ‘Chi’ flowing through the body and life in general.

 It is evident that too much Yang energy exists in the world today, creating the delusion that we can live selfishly, in constant conflict, and with little regard for our connection with others and the Earth.  Yang people are still admired, as they are the aggressive movers and shakers in society, while Yin people can often be regarded as weak and ineffectual.

 These perceptions have contributed to the frequently dysfunctional attitudes towards women in society both past and present.  In the Middle Ages, they burned women as witches, in an attempt to quell their instinctive rapport with nature and the elements.  In many primitive societies women are severely oppressed and subject to barbaric and archaic laws.  Today’s advertising frequently trivializes women and stereotypes them as either boring housewives, neutered executives, or dumb sex kittens. 

 Relationships between men and women suffer as a result:  instead of appreciating each other’s strengths and weaknesses, men and women often either idealize or degrade each other.  Astonishing as it may seem, Internet porn, which both idealizes and trivializes women, has become for many more exciting than actual sex.  

 The Chinese remedy for distorted Yang – in other words, Yang that has little or no healthy Yin balance – is to strengthen the Yin.   To do this, we all need to become more Yin, in other words, develop, foster and revere our Yin qualities of introspection, intuition, sensitivity, gentleness, compassion and love.    We need to reconnect with ourselves, and start to understand our intrinsic connection with others, and the Earth. 

Does this mean that women leaders, who are more likely to display Yin characteristics, need to take power to lead humanity in the right direction?  Probably. 

Men, and their excess of Yang energy (and women with too much of it),  have led the world into the state it is today.  It will take a completely different approach to lead us out of it, because the current world system is in a state of collapse.  It is still fragile, and the ‘fix-it’ measures  that governments keep applying are just band aids.  Our world’s current economic and social system is not healthy and sustainable.  The only way we will survive is by creating a new paradigm, and it is quite likely, and indeed preferable, that the chief architects of this new world order will be women. 

Ultimately, leadership in the 21st century will involve a balance of feminine and masculine intelligence.  When we truly balance our masculine and feminine, we open to our true potential. Our left and right brains integrate throughout the body and nervous systems, grounding our connection with Spirit. Leaders displaying this quality will restore the natural balance with Earth.

Governments come and go.  However, the new world order corruption continues to corrode sovereignty around the globe.  Of course, just because we’re told its new doesn’t make it anything but more of the same exploitation.  Most working people continue to kowtow to a small band of banksters besieging humanity.

I don’t know if this sounds far fetched to you but let’s look at some facts.  Since the 17th Century, private profiteers have been on the move to create currencies under their control.  The American Revolution of 1776 was aimed at throwing off that yolk of repressive control according to citations by its leaders such as inventor Benjamin Franklin in his autobiography.

In the United States, ongoing battles ended when the European Rothchilds, Rockefellers and other big bankers took control of the monetary system.  I’m talking about when the Federal Reserve Banking system was born.  This system allows ever-expansive profit making on the backs of people.  This scurrilous scam, which already existed in many other countries, is the private central bank system.

It turns out that this scheme to make millions out of thin air has not been enough to satisfy those at the top.  That is why they are trying to put a new one world government into place, in which commercial law rules.  This is just a twist on the Empire building motif which dates back centuries.  Today it is a cartel of big bankers who, by controlling central banks and buying up the biggest and most profitable corporations in diverse sectors of the global economy, are trying to take over the world.

Governments are simply being used through campaign coffer control, lobbying and other bids to buy out politicians and royal families.  Public policies no longer benefit the populace but private profiteers.  They are erecting this New World Order corruption to keep the fat cats on top.

The building blocks are being put into place through free trade agreements like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).  These instruments are re-writing commercial law as a new international law of the land.

While multi-national firms take advantage of cheap Mexican labor, good jobs in Mexico that had once existed are no more.  And Canadian and American workers suffer as well.  This will only increase under the expansion of NAFTA by the Security and Prosperity Partnership — a type of NAFTA plus.

Under this agreement, a new super corridor to transport goods from Mexico throughout the United States and into Canada is being connected.  This will facilitate more industrial downsizing in your town.

Boston-based Satcon, which provides power conversion and system design solutions for utility-scale renewable energy projects, announced recently that it had installed four 250 kilowatt Satcon inverters at the Orange County, Florida, Convention Center, which is the largest solar rooftop installation in the Southeast.

The convention center, located in Orlando, has 200,000 square feet of monocrystalline photovoltaic (PV) panels that will deliver 1.1 megawatts of clean solar power, or enough to power more than 100 homes for a year.

Designed and built by Johnson Controls Inc., a leading provider of products and services that optimize energy use and improve comfort and security, the solar array will also reduce carbon dioxide emissions by an estimated 1 million pounds per year, which is the equivalent of removing 100 cars from U.S. roads.

The inverters, Satcon’s patented PowerGate® Plus, convert the direct current (DC) energy from the solar array to alternating current (AC) for use in the convention center. Inverters are an essential aspect of alternative energy production, enabling conversion of DC to AC, which is how the utility companies deliver power in the United States. Thus, American businesses and homes are electrically configured to accept only AC power, with DC conversion modules built into such items as PCs and telephone answering machines.

The solar array, with its Satcon inverters, is expected to significantly reduce the amount of electricity the convention center currently gets from local utility Progress Energy. When all of these aspects are integrated and aligned, you are then living a life fully expressed, fully in the present. Then you become a clear conduit of divine inspiration from a foundation of always being able to say “Yes” to yourself.

As more and more women begin saying “Yes” to themselves and what serves them spiritually, physically and mentally, the shift toward relationship value-based business will blossom at an exponential rate—literally around the world!

I personally struggled with whether or not to create my particular programs for women only. I love men! I also want for them what I want for all of us—a prosperous, peaceful professional and personal life.
