But that’s not too say that they ever really were listening. It’s just to say that today they have a call center (in India, of course) where you can lodge your complaints via phone before having them be officially ignored. But only if you could understand the operator on the other end of the line – and even then, only if they have a strong enough grasp of the English Language to accurately file your complaint.
